Demas was Paul’s fellow labourer but he refused to change. Christianity is not emotional In salvation we are not spectators, We must get from the stands and get into the pitch. The word is responsible for the change and transformation of a believer. (2 Corinthians 5:17) No amount of religious activities, or proximity to the pastor can replace the place of the word of God in the transformation of an individual. The Jesus in heaven is the word of God. The spirit of God did not change the world when it was formless.
